André Paradis has been Principal of J. André Paradis & Associates in Burlington, Ontario since 1990. He is a consultant with a senior management background acquired over 25 years in private industry (including 20 years with the General Electric Company) and fourteen years as a consultant to industry and to government in Canada and the USA. André teaches performance management at York University in the Executive Management Program of the Schulich School of Business, and will be teaching a similar program at the University of Alberta, in its certificate program for municipal government. André's broad background includes sales and marketing, strategic planning, general management and performance management and in addition, he brings 16 years of public service experience as an elected official serving as a trustee or as a special advisor to regional school boards and to a community college.
